* The ESS.I.100215 commercial and industrial photovoltaic energy storage system consists of a built-in 60KW MPPT controller module, a 100KW PCS (Power Conversion System), and a 240KW STS (Smart Static Switching) module.

* It utilizes a professional air conditioning system in the energy storage cabinet for intelligent temperature regulation. It is
equipped with a gas-based fire suppression system, as well as temperature and humidity sensors, water intrusion sensors, BMS (Battery Management System), and EMS (Energy Management System).

* An independent UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) provides backup power specifically for the EMS, allowing users to view system faults even in the event of a power outage.

Battery Pack

High efficient cooling structure deisgn. Battery cells are placed in separated blocks, and amid with 3mm distance for heat
dissipation. What's more, equipped with dual ventilations increase the heat dissipation efficiency.

Main Electric Control Box

Centralized control for BMS, circuit protection, and equipment's power supply, such as ventilation, air conditioner, EMS, BMS.

MPPT

Optional configuration for OFF grid scenario. It is available in options of 30KW/60KW, with a modular design and adopting
interleaved parallel technology, allowing for parallel expansion.

PCS

·The PCS is available in options of 30KW/60KW/100KW with a modular design, utilizing advanced control algorithms to enable
multi-unit parallel operation and strong system scalability. · It has constant voltage, constant current, and constant power
modes, supporting grid-tied and off-grid operations, and can intelligently switch between various modes. · It has reactive power
compensation and harmonic compensation functions. · It supports 100% three-phase unbalanced load and can be connected to a
single-phase system.

 

STS

· The STS provides options of 120KW/240KW with a modular design, enabling easy and simplified installation. · It supports
automatic switching between grid-connected and off-grid modes. · It enables fast separation of the power grid and micro-grid, with
a switching time of less than 20ms. · It is designed with high reliability backup to ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical
loads.

Fire Fighting System

Equipped with a fully submersible aerosol fire suppression system, with dual control through thermal sensitivity and feedback
interfaces.

Cooling System

Equipped with dedicated industrial air conditioning for the energy storage cabinet, the temperature of the energy storage
batteries is controlled independently.

EMS System

Internal temperature and humidity sensors are installed and connected to the Energy Management System (EMS) for dual response. And it has independent power supply UPS, allowing remote monitoring of fault causes even when the system experiences failures.
